Kenroku-en Garden

  Kenroku-en Garden, one of the three most beautiful gardens in Japan, is located about 10 minutes’ walk from AKATSUKIYA. It is a typical strolling-style landscape garden of Edo era which was developed by Maeda lords of the Kaga Clan.
  Kenroku-en means a garden combining the six attributes of a perfect garden, that is, spaciousness & seclusion, artifice & antiquity, water-courses & panoramas.
